Pandan Coconut

Buko au Pandan

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Lumi Pandan Latte powder
  • 200 ml hot water
  • 150 ml fresh coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh young coconut (flesh and water)
  • Dried coconut flakes (garnish)

Preparation steps

  1. Dissolve the Pandan powder in hot water, stirring vigorously to avoid lumps.
  2. Add the sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  5. Add the coconut milk and mix well.
  6. Top with pieces of young coconut flesh.
  7. Pour in a little fresh coconut water if available.
  8. Garnish generously with dried coconut flakes.
  9. Serve immediately with a wide straw to enjoy the coconut pieces.
