Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Lumi Pandan Latte powder
- 200 ml hot water
- 150 ml fresh coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon cane sugar
- Ice cubes
- Fresh young coconut (flesh and water)
- Dried coconut flakes (garnish)
Preparation steps
- Dissolve the Pandan powder in hot water, stirring vigorously to avoid lumps.
- Add the sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
- Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.
- Add the coconut milk and mix well.
- Top with pieces of young coconut flesh.
- Pour in a little fresh coconut water if available.
- Garnish generously with dried coconut flakes.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw to enjoy the coconut pieces.
