Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of Lumi Latte Ube Powder
  • 240 ml of hot milk (whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, or plant-based drink)
  • 30 ml of hot water
  • Sugar or sweetener to your preference
  • Ice cubes (optional, for an iced version)

Preparation Steps

  1. Pour the ube powder into a cup or glass.
  2. Add the hot water and mix well until a smooth, lump-free paste is obtained.
  3. Heat your milk to approximately 65-70°C, or use already hot milk.
  4. Slowly pour the milk into the cup, stirring continuously to incorporate the powder thoroughly.
  5. Add sugar or sweetener to your taste and mix.
  6. Serve immediately, hot or poured over ice cubes for an iced version.

For a creamier texture, you can use whole milk or add a touch of cream. If you prefer a lighter drink, opt for semi-skimmed milk or a plant-based drink.
