Classic Pandan Latte
The perfect Pandan latte to start your day gently.
Ingrédients
- 1 teaspoon of Pandan Latte Lumi powder
- 30 ml of hot water
- 250 ml of plant-based milk (oat, almond, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey (optional)
- A pinch of cinnamon for garnish

1In a cup, mix the Pandan powder with hot water until you obtain a smooth, lump-free paste.

2Heat the plant-based milk in a saucepan or in the microwave until it is hot but not boiling.

3If you are using a milk frother, froth the hot milk to obtain a smooth texture.

4Slowly pour the hot milk into the cup containing the Pandan paste, stirring gently.

5Add maple syrup or honey if you wish to sweeten your latte.

6Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy immediately.

For an even creamier latte, use an electric milk frother. You can also add a drop of vanilla extract to enhance the flavors.
