- 100 g brown sugar

- 200 g white chocolate chips
Preparation
- Prepare the base: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). In a large bowl, mix the softened butter with both sugars until light and creamy.
- Incorporate the eggs: Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition. Pour in the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Prepare the dry ingredients: In another bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the ube powder and mix well to avoid lumps.
