Ube Bubble Tea

Ingrédients

  • 50g of black tapioca pearls
  • 2 tablespoons of Ube Latte Lumi powder
  • 50ml of hot water
  • 400ml of cold plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar syrup (or more, to taste)
  • Ice

Préparation

    Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain them and mix them with the sugar syrup.

    In a small bowl, dissolve the ube powder in hot water to form a smooth paste.

    Distribute the tapioca pearls at the bottom of two large glasses.

    Fill the glasses with ice cubes.

    Pour half of the ube paste into each glass.

    Add the cold plant-based milk to each glass.

    Mix well with a wide straw before enjoying.

For an even creamier latte, use an electric milk frother. You can also add a drop of vanilla extract to enhance the flavors.
